We are proud to announce that behind the scenes, we are becoming 100% green with our electricity supply this March!
People make choices about the types of businesses they interact with and we are no different when we choose which businesses we interact with.
At the most challenging time for choosing an energy provider, we have decided to opt for a certified 100% renewable electricity provider.
Yes, our energy bill has increased. Our standing charge is now 85% higher, day rate 54% higher, night rate 50% higher!
Whilst it will cost more than others, we need to consider our own movement towards reducing our carbon footprint. When not run conscientiously, hospitality businesses can have a serious impact on the environment, through energy use and waste, and we wish to mitigate that in a meaningful way.
We are lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world, and we want to do our bit to keep it that way.
