We recognise the uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing our guests. The situation is changing daily and we will continue to follow guidance from Public Health England and the Government. It goes without saying that the health and safety of people is the absolute priority.
We intend to remain open and are taking every reasonable precaution to ensure everyone can be confident that all reasonable and practical measures are being taken to limit any risk.
Everyone, staff, visitors and guests, are encouraged to follow the hand washing guidelines from the NHS which can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/coronavirus. We are fortunate to already be in an environment with strict processes for cleaning and hygiene. We now have hand sanitising stations at the entrance and exit points to the building.
If you are displaying symptoms related to the coronavirus, we ask you to follow the latest Government advice and to self isolate at home. This is in order to prevent a spread of infection to others. If your stay with us is imminent, we do not want you to worry about cancellation fees as we are offering free modifications on a case by case basis. Simply talk to us.
We intend to continue with business as usual until circumstances prevent us. We will continue to review the latest advice available to us.
Thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to seeing you soon.
